A native of Argentina, Natalia A. Flores, APR, is an award-winning public relations professional that excels at helping brands connect with multicultural audiences authentically.
Flores, a first-generation Latina, has developed communications strategies for brands with an emphasis on multicultural markets for nearly 20 years. She is a seasoned accredited executive with a depth of experience across the communications field including internal and external communications, community relations, and diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) strategies.
For more than 10 years, Flores has headed up Inspire PR, a minority and woman-owned public relations consultancy. She has partnered with agencies to provide communications services to local, national and international brands. She develops strategic communications plans and initiatives using cultural insights to help brands connect and engage with consumers.
Flores is active in industry organizations and has served in various leadership roles. She volunteers with several nonprofit organizations that make an impact in the community.
